Guardamar is just off the main N-332 highway between the Alicante and Torrevieja and only approx... 25 minutes drive from the Airport.

This spacious villa is in a prime position at the end of a row and has a large covered side terrace with large BBQ making it ideal for the larger family.  To the rear of the property is the rear patio with BBQ and overlooks the communal pool making it ideal to watch the children. The beach is approx. 8 minutes walk through the pine forest and sand dunes.

There is a bar/ restaurant on the urbanization and local suppliers deliver fresh bread & vegetables daily.

There is a regular bus that stops on the urbanization and this takes you on a scenic route to the town of Guardamar 2 Km's away and drops you right outside the supermarkets.  Whilst there, treat yourself to some tapas, browse the shops or stroll along the prom.  Being on a bus route, a car is not essential but if you wish to explore the area it could be beneficial.

 Entrance is from the front terrace with sun blind into the light & airy lounge with 3 piece suite, sideboard and feature fireplace. To the rear of the property is the separate well fitted and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and door that leads out to the rear patio with BBQ. This area looks out to the gardens and communal pool, making it ideal to watch the children. On this level is a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.  Stairs lead up to the main bedroom with mirror fitted wardrobes and has its own balcony, the 2nd bedroom with fitted wardrobes looks onto the pool. There is also a house bathroom on this floor.  Further stairs lead up to the 3rd bedroom with en-suite wash basin & WC and there is a further door that exits to the sunroof solarium.
