The Location: The flat is located in St. Johns Wood, one of the most expensive and nicest residential areas of central London, near Baker Street, the old haunt of Sherlock Holmes, and is walking distance to Regents Park, Lords Cricket Ground and the London Zoo.

Local Attractions: In addition to the attractions mentioned above within walking distance, the flat is only a 6-8 minute walk to the nearest Tube (London Underground) station, from which you can get anywhere else in central London in a very few minutes. The flat is only 1 Tube stop from the Sherlock Holmes house/museum, Madame Tussauds, and Selfridges (Harrods big competitor), 2 stops away from the famous shopping district of Bond and Oxford streets, 4 stops away from Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster, 10 Downing Street, Churchill’s War Rooms, St. James Park, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, the British Art Museum, etc., etc. You'll find this flat the ideal London base from which to explore London!

Sleeping Arrangements: This flat is perfect for parents with children or groups of 3-8. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable British Double sized (approximately equivalent to an American Queen size) bed. The master bedroom also has an en suite shower room with a basin/sink. There is a guest toilet near the entryway as well as a large, full bath near the kitchen and living room.

There are also two large sofas, both of which make up nicely into twin beds if desired. 6 people can fit here comfortably and 8 if someone is prepared to sleep on the sofas.


Low Season Rates: US$300/night and US$1900/week.

High Season Rates: US$400/night and US$2500/week.

These rates are based on occupancy by a maximum of 6 people. For additional people up to a maximum of 8, there is an additional charge of $30/night and $180/week.

$400 fully refundable damage deposit is required, to be held against potential damages and/or telephone call charges.
