Q. How do I create my RENT advert?
Just go to our Rentals page.
Look through the web designs and choose the design you like best.
Click on the "buy now" button and it will take you through an easy 3 step process to register your property.
Q. How do I create my SALE advert?
Just go to our Sales Page.
Click on the register now button and it will take you through the registration process in 3 easy steps.
Q. How do I create my SERVICE advert?
Just go to our Services Page.
Click on the register now button and it will take you through the registration process in 3 easy steps.
Q. How do I add my photos for my rent, for sale or service website?
Once you have registered your property for rent or sale you will need to send us the photos you want displaying on your web page(s).
There are 3 options :
a) send them via e-mail as an attachment (quoting your web reference no. and username)
b) upload them by logging on in the control panel with your username and password.
- To access the control panel, click here now.
c) send them via post to the address on the confirmation e-mail and we can scan them in and return them to you.
Q. How do I add my text for my rent, for sale or service website?
You will only need to send additional text if you are registering for a 'RENT' website. If you are selling a property or advdertising a service then the text for the web pages is enetered during registration.
To send the text to be displayed in your 'rent' website either send it via e-mail (quoting your web reference no. and username) or send it via post to the address shown on the confirmation e-mail.
Q. How many photos can I add to my personal website?
The best way is to send as many as possible as we can choose which look the best in the design. If you only want certiain photos to be shown only send what you want displaying.
Q. Once I have finished my advert, how long will it take to become live?
Depending how busy we are at any given time, once we have received ALL the details from you including photos and text ..
'rent' websites should be ready in 7-14 days
'sale' webpages should be ready in 2-3 days
'service' web pages should be ready in 2-3 days
Q. Can I change my property details in the future?
Property details can be changed in the customer control panel.

General Questions
Q. What determines the rank order in which properties are displayed?
The order in which the properties are displayed in the search results are random to ensure every client gets to be at the top of the results.
Q. Is there a promotions section?
Yes. Our promotions run on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Q. You don’t appear to have my region/area listed?
If our database does not currently list your details, then don't worry. when our details are added to our database they will be updated to suit your requirements.
Q. Where will potential customers see my property or service details?
Potential customers will see your details on the search engines for rent, sale or service.
Every effort is made to ensure that we stay top of the rankings in the search engines and we also continue to advertise in media publications at home and abroad.
Q. What does 'web hosting' mean?
'Web Hosting' means Holiday Advertising will rent you server space on their secure server for your webpage design and photos for the term of your contract. Once your contract has ended and you no longer wish to continue the service, the webpages will be deleted. If you continue your contract the webspace for your webpages and associated photos will remain.
- Other companies charge additional fee's for hosting but Holiday Advertising offer you this FREE with your contract.

Q. How do I pay?
Payment is easy. Using our 'cart' system integrated with PayPal, payment can be made with VISA, SWITCH, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO or via your BANK. Alternatively we accept cheques (but work will not begin on your design until funds have been cleared through our bank). The address to send cheques is found in the 'cart' system when making your payment.
Q. How secure are your payment methods?
As we do not handle the transfer of payment ourselves, this is handled by PayPal using 128bit SSL encryption.
Q. How do I appear as a featured property on the home page and on the search results pages?
For featured advertising on our front page and throughout the holidayadvertising website the following charges apply :
Two Weeks = £10
One month = £15
Three months = £35
Six months = £60
These are actioned on a first come, first served policy.
