“you” and “your” means the person, client, member or party using the holidayadvertising.com site
the “web site” means www.holidayadvertising.com operated by us.
You must be 18 years old or over in order to register with us.
Terms and Conditions
1. Responsibility for accuracy and currency of property information:
Holidayadvertsing.com & associated websites makes no representation as to the accuracy or currency of the information contained within the holidayadvertising.com websites. The property details content is the sole responsibility of the owner or agent of the property displayed. Holidayadvertising.com has not confirmed the currency or accuracy thereof and accordingly holidaymakers are strongly recommended to make their own investigations into the authenticity of any information supplied. Holidayadvertising.com are in no way liable for any inaccuracies or misleading statements made in the information provided by the owner or agent of properties on the Website.
2. Use of the site:
A condition of your continued use of this site is that you agree not to use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions or by other applicable laws and regulations. Your continued use of the site also signifies that you indemnify holidayadvertising.com from any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of theses conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of, or conduct on the site.
3. Copyright authorities:
Holidayadvertising.com shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied and claims copyright to the electronic pages and images of the photographic material supplied by the advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the photographic material supplied and has ownership of copyright or has authority from the copyright owner to grant Holidayadvertising.com permission to use the material. The advertiser indemnifies Holidayadvertising.com against any action brought by breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser. Holidayadvertising.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.
4. Copyright protection:
Material and software on these sites is copyright protected. Other than using it for your own personal use the material may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of holidayadvertising.com or the body who listed that information on the sites.
5. Website design and layout:
Holidayadvertising.com reserves the right to determine the final design layout of the Website, including the right to edit copy, or amend layouts or photographs supplied. Holidayadvertising.com also reserves the right, to amend and edit copy entered into the online database by advertisers. Holidayadvertising.com cannot be held responsible for any loss, or damage, resulting from the design, or positioning, of the properties, or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the customer.
6. Liability:
Holidayadvertising.com does not warrant that the operation of the web site will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall holidayadvertising.com become liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.
7. Privacy:
Holidayadvertising.com treats the personal information of site users with the utmost respect and confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.
9. Termination of a property page:
If holidayadvertising.com receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page without notice, and retain payment. If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, holidayadvertising.com reserves the right to remove the associated Property Page(s) from the web site. Full payment will be retained. Holidayadvertising.com reserves the right to refuse any Property Page from its web site that it considers unsuitable, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. If advertisers wish to have their Property Page removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'contact us' page, quoting their owner ID or home number and password. No refunds will be given.
10. Payment details:
When a new property is registered on the site payment should be made on that same day. If payment is being made by credit or debit card this can be processed online by Paypal or Nochex our online card payment provider. Should an advertiser not have the ability to make payment by card, cheques should be sent on the day of registering a property (name & address will be shown in order confirmation) .... In this instance advertisers are requested to notify Holidayadvertising.com by email that a cheque has been sent and advise of the expected time to receipt, especially where this is expected to be more than 10 working days from the date of registration of a property. Holidayadvertising.com.com reserve the right to remove property advertisements should no notice be given by email and payment not be received within this timeframe.
11. Refund policy:
Holidayadvertising.com provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. We offer a 'cooling off period' of fourteen working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email to admin@holidayadvertising.com or by use of the 'contact us' form on the site (stating the user ID and the advertiser's password). We will then supply a refund less a £10 administration fee and notification by email.
*This does not apply to any FREE periods where no monies have changed hand.
12. Domain Name Ownership and annual advertising costs:
Holidayadvertising.com provides the facility for domain names to be purchased on behalf of customers. Holidayadvertising.com will use 1and1 whenever possible. Domain names remain the sole ownership of the client. The client MUST ensure they have the appropriate measures in place to continue to register their domain yearly, it is NOT the responsibility of Holidayadvertising.com. Holidayadvertising.com will and can undertake this facility for you, but an administration charge of £10 per year will be applied to each domain name, plus £10 thereafter for additional modifications/updates. Once a domain name is purchased through 1and1 the domain is then forwarded to the correct holding page on our servers for the client where their webpage details are kept.
The purchase and hosting of .co.uk, .me.uk and .org.uk domain names are £10 per annum all other domains are £15 per annum (for the period the client is with holidayadvertising.com)
If advertising costs are not paid by the last day of your subscription, then the property or service will no longer appear in the search engines and the webpage will no longer be available for viewing. Please be aware that if you decide not to renew hosting a website with us
and you wish to keep the web address, there will be a transfer fee of £40 (per domain) to transfer the web address into your name and onto your own hosting.

13. Property Names:
Holidayadvertising.com reserves the right to alter or change any customer registrations where the property name chosen is deemed to be offensive or libellous or defamatory and not suitable for use on the site. As property names are used as subdomains to rental properties (as in http://propertyname.holidayadvertising.com), holidayadvertising.com does not authorise its domain name to be associated with foul and abusive language. Customers will be formally informed by email why the property name was changed and the reasons for doing so.
Holidayadvertising.com reserves the right to publish any correspondence sent to it in any form whatsoever. These override any disclaimers present in communication sent to us. Holidayadvertising.com's word is final.
*FREE - (solely refers to registration of .co.uk, .me.uk or .org.uk domains) not already registered, detagged or otherwise not freely available.
After FREE period has expired it is the customers responsibility to renew any domain name registrations.
